Therapy, also called psychotherapy or counseling, is the process of meeting with a therapist to resolve problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, relationship issues, and/or somatic responses (sensations in the body). Beginning therapy can be a big step toward being the healthiest version of yourself and living the best life possible—no matter what challenges you may be facing. Through therapy, you can change self-destructive behaviors and habits, resolve painful feelings, improve your relationships, and more.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches. To date, EMDR therapy has helped millions of people of all ages relieve many types of psychological stress.

Services Provided

I offer psychotherapy for individuals as well as parents going through or already separated/divorced. 

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and relational. I do not subscribe to a single method or template. Rather, I collaborate with my clients to offer a caring, compassionate, and safe environment for their self-exploration.

Depression, anxiety, trauma, and struggles with intimacy and relationships all have a profound impact on how we experience and negotiate our life’s work. Together we can identify these roadblocks, work in a targeted way to resolve them, and promote the healthy development you deserve.
